Registering guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in. Proof of age may be required.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Taxes: Quoted rates are in USD ($) for either single or double occupancy. A 16% Federal tax and a 3% hotel tax will be added to the final invoice. There is no extra charge for children 12 and under when sharing the room with adults.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
If you cancel at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled arrival there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled arrival, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled arrival, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. No shows are non refundable.
Holy week / Easter, Christmas / New Year Season (December 22nd – January 3rd), and during Equinox (March 19th – March 24th & September 20th – September 22nd) reservations: Cancellation made 91 days or more prior to the check-in date will have a $50.00 USD per room charge; 61-90 days prior to the check-in date will have a 50% charge; 31-60 days prior to the check-in date will have a 1 night per room charge; 30 days or less prior to the check-in date are non-refundable.
Cancellation: Note that if cancelled, modified, or in case of no-show, the total Price of the reservation will be charged.
Prepayment: You’ll be charged a prepayment of the total Price at any time.
All cancellations must be made in writing and be e-mailed to our office in order for any applicable refunds to be issued. Please note: For all cancellations the Confirmation Number must be provided.
No refunds will be given for unused portions.
