Registering guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in. Proof of age may be required.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Taxes: Quoted rates are in USD ($) for either single or double occupancy. A 16% Federal tax and a 3% hotel tax will be added to the final invoice. There is no extra charge for children 12 and under when sharing the room with adults.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Reservations cancelled fifteen (15) days or more in advance of scheduled check-in date are fully refundable, less a $20.00 processing fee.
Reservations cancelled 14 to 8 days in advance of scheduled check-in date will be refunded, less a 15% charge.
Reservations cancelled 7 days or less before scheduled check-in will be charged for a one-night stay.
No-shows are non-refundable and the full cost of the reservation and applicable taxes will be charged. Un-used discounts or promotional offers are non-refundable.
