Cancellation Policies: Fully refundable when cancelled up to 24 hours prior to departure. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used services.
Redemption Instructions: You must print and present the voucher in order to redeem services.
Please make sure to include your voucher with your travel documents. If you arrive without a voucher you may be unnecessarily delayed.
The above cancellation policies DO NOT APPLY to NON REFUNDABLE RATES. Non refundable rates cannot be change, modified or cancelled.
If you cancel at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled arrival there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled arrival, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled arrival, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. No shows are non refundable.
Holy week / Easter, Christmas / New Year Season (December 22nd - January 3rd), and during Equinox (March 19th - March 24th & September 20th - September 22nd) reservations: Cancellation made 91 days or more prior to the check-in date will have a $50.00 USD per room charge; 61-90 days prior to the check-in date will have a 50% charge; 31-60 days prior to the check-in date will have a 1 night per room charge; 30 days or less prior to the check-in date are non-refundable.
Cancellation: Note that if cancelled, modified, or in case of no-show, the total Price of the reservation will be charged.
Prepayment: You'll be charged a prepayment of the total Price at any time.
All cancellations must be made in writing and be e-mailed to our office in order for any applicable refunds to be issued. Please note: For all cancellations the Confirmation Number must be provided.
No refunds will be given for unused portions.
